This is Trevor's Pizza Small Batch, 3 day aged pizza dough. Along with a 4 hour simmered, lightly seasoned red sauce.
9 oz Pizza Dough ONLY - Frozen
To use, thaw dough and sauce a minimum of 5 hours at room tempertaure, or 8 hours in the fridge and then 2 hours at room temperature. Dough should be room temperature and rising before use.
