Step 1

Thaw Dough

From Frozen - 8 hours at room temperature

From Thawed - 5 hours at room temperature

Step 2 Heat Oven

Put oven rack at the bottom of your oven.

Put pizza stone on rack, if using. 

Heat oven to highest temperature, 500-550 usually, for at least 30 minutes. Preferably 1 hour.

Step 3 - Stretch and top your dough

Stretch your dough to desired thickness and size, typically 10-12 inches.

Step 4 - Bake your Pizza

Bake your pizza 7 minutes. Check for desired doneness. Typical bake times will be 7-10 minutes, depending on your oven.
